Job Description: As an IPTV Engineer for Spain, you will be responsible for the design, deployment, and technical support of humelab hospitality's IPTV solutions in the Spanish market. You will collaborate closely with the sales teams to understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, and ensure client satisfaction. You will also be responsible for providing high-level technical support to existing clients and contributing to the continuous development of the company's IPTV products and services.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and deploy IPTV solutions tailored to the specific needs of clients in Spain.
2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and propose innovative IPTV solutions.
4. Contribute to the continuous development of humelab hospitality's IPTV products and services by providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
5. Maintain constant technological watch to stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in the IPTV domain.

Desired Profile:

• Prior experience in the design, deployment, and technical support of IPTV solutions.
• Strong technical skills in IP networks, video broadcasting systems, and IPTV technologies.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills, with the ability to understand and address client needs.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of the Spanish market and its cultural and technical specificities.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• University degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field preferred.
